. . . In 1983, Tony Schoen opened German Autowerks, and small VW repair shop in Aloha, OR. Over the next 13 years, German Autowerks became known as the place to go for quality repairs and parts for Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and VW. Tony closed the store in 1997 to pursue other projects only to return in 2005 for the reopening of German Autowerks.
